For making tubing from flatstock by trimming one end of a metal strip to a point and drawing it through one of the larger holes in the plate. The tube so formed is then fed through successively smaller holes until a seam is formed. Has 18 holes ranging from 10 to 3 mm diameter. Made in USA.
