The series TX motor is Foredom's most powerful flex shaft machine with 1/3HP. The TX is a permanent magnet DC motor that incorporates the latest innovations in flex shaft technology. This ball bearing model utilizes advanced rare earth magnets (in place of the wound fields in the universal type Series SR motors) that deliver more torque at the low end and throughout the entire speed range of 500 to 15,000 RPM. No other flex shaft grinder gives you greater control of the cutting tool, drill, or bur under any load. Used only with Foredom's TXR rheostat (included) or with the optional SXR rheostat (see related products below). Furnished with, shaft/sheath, TXR foot control, no. 30 handpiece (item no. 236-430) plus a 43 piece set of attachments, rotary bur and tool stand, and shaft lubricant. Also available without the flexshaft handpiece or the foot control but with the accessories. The TX motor is available in 110 volts only.
