Unlike conventional jewelry cutters, the Lindström Multipurpose Shear makes a shearing cut: by-pass cutting edges slice cleanly through metal. Their sharp and fine blades leave a clean edge. Cutting edges last longer because the edges never meet. The Multipurpose Shear requires only about half the effort to cut metal as compared to conventional jewelry cutters. Used in cutting soft metals as thick as 20 gauge in sheet and 18 gauge in wire. Foam rubber grips contain no phthalates (DEHP). Made in USA.
