The CP-2 hammer is the companion hammer to Michael Good's CP-1 (see related products below). It works with shapes that are between the large and small shapes that the CP-1 is used for. The head is arched while the striking faces are straight with curved edges. The long arched head permits exceptional reach into complex forms. Each tool has a 420 stainless steel head hardened to 50Rc and polished to a mirror-bright finish. Handles are meticulously fashioned from African Padauk, a type of rosewood, shaped to provide perfect balance and control. Two rectangular faces with rounded ends, 4 x 25 mm and 3 x 22 mm.
