This versatile desk-mounted holder allows you to hold a bracelet mandrel securely in position while you work at your bench. As you work around the circumference of the mandrel, the mandrel itself can be easily rotated. This feature is especially handy when working with an oval mandrel. To secure the mandrel, simply insert the tang of the mandrel into the rectangular holder and tighten the two thumbscrews. The holder will accommodate tangs from 7/8" x 1" to 1 5/8" x 2" (22.2 x 25.4 mm to 41.3 x 50.8 mm). The pin on the back of the holder slides into the U channel of the base which can be secured to the edge of your work surface with the two included screws. All parts are constructed of steel.
