Equipped with a ball joint clamping fixture so that you can position the ring mandrel at any angle from vertical to horizontal. The mandrel also swivels 360°, to permit an infinite number of positions and is held in place with a locking lever, leaving both hands free to work. Clamps to benches up to 2" thick. The steel ring mandrel screws onto the clamp and is calibrated in sizes 1 to 15 by 1/4 sizes to U.S. standard. An ideal tool for wire working, you can also perform light hammering operations on the mandrel.
