An ultra high speed, air powered hand grinder for precision grinding. Used with 1/16" shank carbide or diamond impregnated turboburs. Powered by compressed air that spins a turbine surrounding the chuck of the handpiece. The fixed operating speed is 350,000 RPM: 25 times as fast as a flexshaft. Grinds away tiny, almost pulverized particles at an extremely rapid rate. The result is greater precision and a smoother finish. Grinds materials as hard as steel, marble, or glass. Ideal for fine detailing, sculpting and scrimshaw. The handpiece runs cool and is vibration-free. Burs are installed by simply pressing them into the friction grip collet and are removed by pressing the bur ejector. Complete outfit includes the handpiece with air lines, air foot switch, regulator/filter w/bracket, automatic lubricator, tubing, replacement collet, and turbine oil.
