Unless otherwise noted, all gravers come pre-shaped with a ground cutting face. Gravers must be sharpened before use. Sharpening can be done manually with a stone or automated with a motorized hone.

Round Gravers have a round cutting edge with either parallel or slightly curved sides. They’re used primarily for raising and rolling beads for stone setting or cutting smooth curves when engraving or chasing.

GRS GlenSteel are made from a specially formulated high speed steel with outstanding toughness which wears predictably and resists breaking and chipping.

A great choice for high durability. GlenSteel is cobalt-free, eliminating cobalt exposure during tool sharpening and use.
