The Contenti HV120 Vulcanizer can cure rubber molds up to 12" in diameter and 5" thick. The ram plate of an HV120 is suspended independently of the stress columns so that it cannot jam against them. The support plates are 2" thick and will never warp. The top support plate is adjustable so that your heating platens can be realigned. Precision ground and warp resistant working platen surfaces assure perfect flatness.
